Shipping Policy

At ROAR Furnishings, we aim to deliver your DIY dreams right to your door, hassle-free! Here's how our shipping process works:

  • Shipping Locations: We proudly ship New Zealand-wide.

  • Carrier: Your order will be delivered via our trusted freight company, ensuring your raw MDF headboards arrive safely.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. We’ll notify you when it’s on its way!

  • Express Shipping: Need your headboard fast? For an additional charge, we offer a 3-day delivery option to get it to you in record time.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $300! For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated based on the size and weight of the item.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey.

  • Local Pickup: Prefer to grab your headboard in person? You can collect your order from our Taupo factory—just select local pickup at checkout.

  • Packaging: To ensure your headboard arrives in tip-top shape, we wrap each piece in cling film and protective cardboard.

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: In the rare event that your order gets lost in transit, don’t worry—we’ll replace it at no extra charge.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your ROAR Furnishings purchase! If something’s not right, here’s how you can return or exchange your order:

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

  • Return Eligibility: Products must be in unused condition and returned in appropriate packaging to avoid damage during transit.

  • All Products Eligible: We accept returns on all our products as we currently do not offer customization.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 10 days of delivery with proof (photos) and we’ll happily replace it or issue a refund.

  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

  • Cancellations and Changes: You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing your order for shipment.
